In 2017, ChosenWarriorBride, LLC, was established with the hope of inspiring others with her stories and journey around the world; bringing empowerment, healing, and transformation to everyone. What happens to survivors when bad things happen to them? We become empowered and unashamed to tell our stories on our way to becoming better people. A woman who was sexually abused as a child, raped, abandoned, and betrayed, she became confronted with many introspective questions:
These questions are extremely vital to a wounded soul. Survivors find themselves making choices that may lead to more distress as they battle the feelings of being ashamed coupled with suffering from insurmountable pain and mental anguish.
She paints a clear picture of abuse and brilliantly provides clear explanations and steps, practical support and suggestions throughout her books. She gives her readers the sense that they are not alone and serves them an empowering and inspiring education that teaches them not only to survive, but to THRIVE in the wake of abuse.
While her recovery process was very complex, she did not give up on life as she embarked on the path of complete restoration via her spiritual journey. With God's guidance and love she was able to heal.
When she is not writing, Demetris enjoys cooking, encouraging, and sowing seeds of optimism into the lives of her family, church, community, and all those she comes in contact with.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our viewpoint is to provide and remind victims and readers that they do have a VOICE and nothing is wrong with SPEAKING UP! That they can be heard, helped, healed, and prevail.
We believe that extending help to other people is one way of achieving happiness by showing that they can heal from the pain of abuse, and learn to forgive themselves and others. There is no peace without forgiveness.
Brokenness creates openness. God will create an opening to let what was in you out so you
can give birth to something healing where you once were hurt. Heartbreaks aren’t a definition of who we are and it surely doesn’t have to circumscribe the rest of our lives. If you talk about it and surrender your hurting heart to God, watch Him heal your hurt with a renewed heart. Isn’t that a beautiful thing? The healing process over time will let you know that not everyone is the same from your wounding past.
The path to thriving begins with becoming God-focused. If we continue to look at our inner selves, we will always see our own scars. However, when we focus on His scars and
remember He died to make us whole, we can trust that He loves us deeply and completely.
When you begin to live a spiritual life with God by your side and start taking the risk of opening your renewed heart to love, you will see that there are good relationships to be had.
Living a spiritual life with God by your side, taking the risks of opening your renewed heart to love someone else, you will definitely see that there are some good fruits who are different. This is just the beginning of a new and better season. Praise God! We hope that through education and guidance we can help our future ladies make the positive changes we wish to see in the world to help build a better life together.
Traumatic experiences in all forms bring forth a lot of mental anguish. Therefore, our first goal is for every voice to be heard. To support that, our modalities allow victims to cultivate positive self-awareness, self-expression, creative intelligence and cultivation of their personal potential.
Here at ChosenWarriorBride, LLC we help individuals heal. Healing mentally, spiritually and holistically is one of the most important steps for survivors of trauma and abuse.
We do not want anyone to feel they are alone. We encourage women to realize they are in a safe place where they can get help by opening up and sharing their survival stories. That is the first step to healing; acknowledging the abuse and realizing it was not their fault. We inspire women to learn how to come together a community with vulnerability, transparency, authenticity and most of all, integrity.
This healing process fosters the strength to conquer the stigma of abuse. Women will begin to share their light with others so they too can believe they are capable of conquering the stigma of abuse.
Our self-healing steps are designed to give individuals a chance to begin their own journeys toward
healing.
The key factors for positive life transformation are self-love, submission, commitment and a large amount of drive.
